New Sephora Summer 2015 Sneak Peek - Including Breakups to Makeup Bags

Sephora Summer 2015 Launch

Sephora has released a sizable lineup of products for Summer 2015 and I'm excited to share a handful with you! I previously shared these on Instagram (follow me if you don't already as I tend to post sneak peeks there first) and wanted to make sure I shared them here as well. Items range from makeup to brushes; hair products to makeup bags.

Price Rage: $6-$68 (depending on the item)

Where to Buy: Sephora/Sephora.com

Sephora Summer 2015 Featured Products

1. Breakups to Makeup Bag

Product Type - lined canvas makeup bag with zip top
Design/Color - multiple designs with makeup-related phrases and images
Price - $24
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - These bags have drawn quite a bit of attention the last year and I'm not surprised to see Sephora pick them up! The quality seems good and the zipper on mine was nice and smooth. I was surprised to see these are lined, which is nice. They're 8.5 x 8.75 in size, so most makeup products should be able to fit inside. I keep several bags within my handbag, so I think this will probably take the place of a smaller one soon!

2. Sephora Collection Eye Mask in Pomegranate

Product Type - eye masks (meant to reduce signs of fatigue and tone eye area)
Scent - pomegranate
Price - $5
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - I want to note that these are fiber masks not gel if that's something you look for in particular. I love that these are packaged in pairs, making them easy to travel with! Sephora offers a number of different formulas in these eye masks, which you can view on their site. I'm a huge fan of eye and face masks so I'm excited to try these.

3. Sephora Collection Face Mask in Rose

Product Type - face mask (meant to plump and brighten skin)
Scent - rose
Price - $6 (currently on sale for buy 4 get 1 free with promo code MASKLOVE)
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - Like the eye masks, these are also fiber masks. I am a regular user of face masks of all kinds. I find they're a convenient way to treat my skin to some pampering while working or relaxing. These are individually packaged and convenient for travel. There are a number of different formulas so check them out!

4. Sephora Express Cleansing & Purifying Wipes

Product Type - cleansing, makeup-removing wipes
Skin Type - all types according to Sephora (formula includes Salicylic Acid)
Price - $9 (20 ct)
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - While these are meant for all skin types including sensitive skin, I personally find I can't use anything with Salicylic Acid on my sensitive skin. I would suggest speaking with someone at Sephora and testing a wipe if possible prior to purchasing if you have super sensitive skin. If not, these are actually reasonably priced compared to some slightly higher priced drugstore brand makeup removing wipes. I think these potentially work especially well for combo and oily skin based on the formula. I personally never suggest using makeup remover wipes and not cleansing and moisturizing skin after.

5. Sephora Jumbo Liner 24HR Wear Waterproof in Peacock Blue Shimmer

Product Type - jumbo waterproof liner
Shade - Peacock Blue Shimmer (med-deep blue-green)
Price - $14 (this shade is currently on sale for $7 as of the time of this post)
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - Sephora's waterproof pencils have been (shockingly to me) some of my favorite budge-proof liners in the past for waterlines! I'm talking couldn't scrub them off easily even with makeup remover--just the way I like my waterline liners. ;) These come in a variety of different shades and can be used both on the lashline and lid.

6. Sephora Outrageous Curl Mascara

Product Type - volumizing/curling mascara
Shade - black
Price - $12
Where to Buy - Sephora/Sephora.com
Initial Thoughts - This mascara has a really unique wand that looks like a round brush (hairbrush). This formula is meant to volumize while also curling lashes. I have super short, straight lashes so I find only lash curlers can curl my lashes, not mascaras. For someone with longer lashes, you may have different results. This is not a waterproof formula, so you may want to check out Sephora's other mascaras if that's what you're looking for.

Have you grabbed any of the products above? What'd you think? Any other products I should grab?

Note: Products in this post were provided by PR/the brand for consideration. All opinions are my own.
